THE LEGACY NOW LEADERSHIP PROJECT

A Family Strengthening and Child Safeguarding & Protection Program

Why This? Why Now?

We are living in unprecedented times. While global advancements surge forward, the very foundation of society, which is the family, is under stress. Children today face increased exposure to abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Families are overwhelmed. Schools are ill-prepared. Communities are fragmented. Institutions remain reactive rather than proactive. The need for holistic, culturally rooted, and globally relevant leadership in family and child protection has never been more urgent.

The Problem We Face:

  • Breakdown in Family Structures: Widespread erosion of core family values and support systems.
  • Child Vulnerability: Increased risk of abuse, neglect, trafficking, and violence due to weak safeguards.
  • Inadequate Policy Execution: While policies exist, they often fail in practical implementation.
  • Fragmented Systems: Siloed efforts by institutions and communities lacking synergy or continuity.
  • Misguided Cultural Norms: Harmful traditions and belief systems that undermine child wellbeing.

The Solution We Offer:

The Legacy Now Leadership Project 5.0 is a pioneering, systems-based training designed to:

  • Equip ethical leaders with cutting-edge skills and wisdom rooted in African realities and global best practices.
  • Champion the transformation of families into safe, value-driven, and protective systems.
  • Reimagine schools and communities as custodians of child protection and family wellbeing.
  • Mobilize a generation of advocates who understand and influence policy formulation, deployment, and dissemination.
  • Build sustainable purpose-driven enterprises that strengthen families while delivering social and economic value.
